Sub: Racking System Design Review

Reference is made to EPC Contract executed between Shuaa Energy l P.S.C ("Shuaa
Energy" or the "Project Company") and TSK Electronica Y Electricidad ("TSK" or the
"EPC Contractor"), S.A in 17th June 2015 and the letter received with reference “SHUAA-
TSK-L-009-2016”.

With respect to the design review process of the racking system, TSK would like to clarify
few points highlighted on the letter to prove that the structure is compliant under Clause
14 and PPA-Appendix (Plant Minimum Functional Specification).

Please find attached to this letter the next documents:

 Certificate of compliance of the racking system by the EPC contractor according

to the Climatic and Site conditions (including soil conditions), Design
Lifetime and the installation method (piling) proposed, including a clear
statement about the validity of the corrosion protection provided for all
racking system components (including but not limited to piles. purlins, beams
and hot dip galvanized bolts)
 Manufacturer warranty (structural and against corrosion)
 Third party report issued by 5 capitals and the French Institute of corrosion with
a explanatory report from TSK side.
