SERVICE AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This agreement dated July ____, 2019 entered into by and between;

FANTASTRIP ADVENTURE TRAVEL & TOURS, a corporation duly organized and

existing under and by virtue of the laws of the Philippines, having its principal place of business
at Alcobendas Bldg., Station 2, Brgy. Balabag, Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan, Philippines,
represented by its General Manager, Ms. Maria Monica B. Borromeo, Filipino and of legal
age, hereinafter called as FIRST PARTY;

AND

_______________, a corporation duly organized and existing by virtue of the laws of the
Philippines, with business address at __________________, Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan ,
herein represented by ________________, of legal age, and in her capacity as
_______________, herein refereed to as the SECOND PARTY.

WITHNESSETH

That the First Party hereby bind itself to exclusively provide ISLAND PICNIC TOURS AND
WATER SPORTS ACTIVITIES to the Second Party within the island of Boracay and other
nearby locations and the latter herby expressly agrees to and accepts the provisions for such
services from the former subject to and under the following conditions:

1. First Party will assign one Tour Coordinator with appropriate legal employment
accreditation who will man a desk or booth that will be provided by the Second Party;
2. Booking Orders shall either be paid in cash or charge to the rooms current or late
remittance.
3. First party shall provide all marketing materials depending on the Second party’s
specification, that includes tarpaulins, standees, leaflet, etc.
4. Selling prices for Island Picnic Tour will have a 10% service fee or Commission
accruing to the Second party . The prices for water sports will have a 5%
Commission or service fee on published rate. The prices are herein provided in the
attached sheet, and First Party will notify Second Party on any changes on Prices.
5. The First Party shall free from harm the management and employees of the Second
Party from all forms of liability for individual or group of individuals who availed the
services of the First Party. Thus, the First party shall compensate guests for any death,
injury, dismemberment or loss or hospitalization, medicines, and other medical.
intervention covered by the Insurance secured for the Boats as required by MARINA
and the Water Sports Suppliers.
6.That the term of this contract shall be valid for Six (6) Months upon signing, and shall
automatically be renewed for the same term unless cancelled.
