Part 1.3 Your Project Team
Part 1.3 Your Project Team
Part 1.3 Your Project Team
A group of three is the most ideal for a project feasibility study team though your
adviser has the final word on the number of members. A minimum number would
assure more equal workloads, cohesion and learning for each member of your
team.
First of all, you must choose a Team Leader. His or her responsibility is to lead in
the planning, organization, direction, and supervision of all the activities until the
Study is complete. He/She will also be in-charge of coordinating with outside
experts and specialists who will provide valuable materials and assistance to your
“Team”.
A Project Feasibility Study to one’s intended business concern is now very important not only as
a mere requirement for a financial loan, but also to obtain actual knowledge of the operations of
the new business. With a very competitive market in today’s economy, one needs to know a lot
of not only the operations but the industry of business of any future undertaking.
This is where the importance of a Project Feasibility Study comes in. If the study is consigned to
a Management Consultancy firm, or a professional Project Feasibility maker, it is very important
that the consignor study the Proposed operations of the finished work. Or, why not be a part of
the Team that will make your Project Feasibility Study?
