FACILITATOR: MSc. GEOVANNY A. DE GRACIA R.

AFTER READING THE DOCUMENT “Arranging The Class to Promote Effective Learning” AND “Managing your
Use of Class Time”, ANSWER THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES.

A. Comprehension questions. (USE DOUBLE SPACE, ARIAL No. 12)

1. How would you arrange the classroom when you apply a test or exam?

A: According to the number of students, this will be my organization, having 30 students, I would

organize 6 row of 5 students with a chair in between and a meter of distance on the student's side.

2. Explain in your own words what your ideal way of arranging a class is and why. In which
activities would you apply it.

A: The best way is to put everyone facing the front and I would start my class with a sentence and

then I would apply a warm-up didactic activity that could be a brainstorm regarding the topic that will

be given in class.

3. How do you manage time for those students who finish their exams first while the others are
still answering?
Explain.
A: If one of the students finished first on an exam. I go to her post I take the exam, I will give her a

coloring book. This way I prevent the child from getting up or making noise while the others are doing

their exam.

B. Draw a classroom plan in which you arrange it at your preference and write in 5 lines why you
would arrange it in benefit of your students. (USE DOUBLE SPACE, ARIAL No. 12)

I organize in this way with the chairs in front so as not to turn my back on the students when

explaining a topic. This style helps establish links with students and having full control of the class

also helps the teacher to be aware of their students. The teacher from this point of observation who is

paying attention and who is not. In addition, this organization is excellent when it comes to placing a

quiz or an exam.

C. IN THE DOCUMENT, READ THE SEGMENT TITLED “Arranging The Class to Promote Effective Learning” AND
