I, JOEL V. ALMONEDA, of legal age, single, Filipino Citizen and a

resident of 10 Bustamante St., Balic Balic, Quezon City.

I am indebted an amount of SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS (P60,000.00)

on August 2018, FORTY THOUSAND PESOS (P40,000.00) on September 2018 and
FORTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P45,000.00) on October 2018 with the total amount
of ONE HUNDRED FORTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P145,000.00), Philippine
Currency to JOSE VALENTINE F. AQUINO, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen
and a resident of 022 Illescass Sto. Cristo, Angat, Bulacan, with an interest rate of seven
percent (7%) per month starting August 5, 2018.

I will pay the seven percent (7%) interest every 5 th day of the month
under his account in Metrobank.

I will pay the said principal amount within one (1) year.
