ABSTRACT
This system is named as Invitation Management System. This system is made to help the

customers with any event they want to create. In this system, all the options are provided that are

required by clients to create an event. This system also has all the contacts of different sellers

that sell the products that are needed when an event is created. First of all, the customer has to

register itself on this system then the user can use all its features. Invitation management system

is designed to develop a web based system for invitation shopping system. This implementation

is carried out with the different maintenance of the shop system. Here the entities used will be

admin and the user. Admin set to be the owner of the shop where they will handle it using the

computerized developed system. For the user an authenticated account provided with good user

interface. The user will be developed with an easy management system. Thus the

implementation is carried with a Graphical User Interface (GUI) and authentication system. So

that, the user can easily buy the invitation using the developed website.

INTRODUCTION

1.1. Background and Objectives

The user can invite guests,
book any event place which is available and can contact all the people and staff members to
arrange the function or event as required. This system also helps the customers to make
payments online, and as all the contacts are available online, all the payments can be made in one
go, and all the work gets reduced.

1.2 SCOPE OF THE PROJECT

From engagement parties to weddings, baby showers to birthday bashes, and fundraiser galas to
launch parties, every great event starts with a great invitation. If a host puts a lot of thought into
the invitation, just imagine how the party will be! Unfortunately, physical invitations are often
time-consuming and can get lost in the mail. Plus it can be stressful waiting for RSVPs,
especially when they’re sent at the last minute.

SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS ANALYSIS

2.1. Comparison of Existing Systems

The problem of current system is using manual based work. The user needs to visit

directly for the invitation verification system. Here the user will take a long time for the

payment, selection of card. They need to visit the shop. Lots of shunting is added so that the

people will suffer. The system of calculation will be hard requires more time. In the proposed

methodology, the system is completely maintains as the computerized work. The implementation

is carried out for selecting the design through the usual caring system. The designed system will

be made used for the customer so that they can get their data within a second. The user will be

able to select the invitation through online then he will get invitation cards easily.

CONCLUSION

7.1. Conclusion

So, in invitation management system the outcome of all the hard work done for invitation
management system is here. It is software which helps the user to work with the creating
invitations or functions, making payment, adding employee details, etc. This software reduces
the amount of manual data entry and gives greater efficiency. The User Interface of it is very
friendly and can be easily used by anyone.

It also decreases the amount of time taken to write details and other modules. In the end, we can
say that this software is performing all the tasks accurately and is doing the work for which it is
made.
7.3. FUTURE SCOPE
In these invitation management web application can be done at web based in future we created
an android application for all the users can easily access these process because no one having an
pc or laptop on the travelling time but every people having an android phone for the personal
uses so it’s useful for all the users in future.
