In setting up our school The Empiric Institute, the amount or cost will depend on the approach and scale
to undertake. If We go big by renting a place, then you would need a higher amount of capital as we
would need to ensure that your employees are well taken care of, and that your school’s environment is
conducive enough to keep kids. This means that the start-up can be either low or high depending on
your goals, vision and aspirations for your business.

We have been able to raise about 47,00,000 BDT. (Personal savings 35,00,000 BDT and concessional
funding from family members 12,00,00 BDT) and we are at the final stages of obtaining a loan advantage
of 15,00,000 BDT from angel investors. All the papers and documents have been signed and submitted,
the funding request has been approved and any moment from now our account will be credited with
the amount.

Our breakeven point 4.11 units. That means we have to recruit l 4.11 units, if we do not want any loss. If
we recruit more than BEP, that will be our profit and if admission decrease than BEP, that will be our
loss. With the first year' s profit, we bought land to. Which is shown at the break-even points total
service.
