Further to our discussions, we are pleased to offer you the position of Consultant in our company.

1. Your annual compensation, on the basis of cost to company will be INR 15,11,000/- (INR Fifteen Lakh and
Eleven Thousand only). INR 2,10,980/- (INR Two Lakh Ten Thousand and Nine Hundred Eighty only) of
your annual CTC will be paid as retention bonus at the end of the annual appraisal cycle. This will be
subject to statutory deductions as applicable.
2. A detailed Appointment letter will be issued to you on the date of joining.
3. You are requested to send us a copy of your resignation letter at the earliest (if applicable).
