We are Abdullah Ibrahim Al Nafa Factory, ISO 9001: 2008, manufacturers of Industrial Safety Uniforms
and Corporate uniforms.

Our Production area is more than 900 SQM , attached with Highly automated Machines Imported
From Japan and USA. Our Full Productive Capacity can reach up to 2000 Pcs daily.
Our Team has High Experience in Producing Safety Wears with high Quality Protection.

OUR TECHNICAL DEPARTMENTS.
Ware House Department:
We have organized system in stores management, Raw material inspection,
outward, implemented with Just in Time and 5s Protocol.
Designing/Sample.
We are facilitated with advanced equipments From USA Auto CADD designer setup,
Digitizer, with this equipment, joined experienced Pattern maker and sampling team
enriching the quality and appearance.
Cutting Department:
Our cutting department equipped with GERBER CADD cutter ,which can
produce 2000 pcs Per day, also perfect cut which gives garment elegant look.
Sewing Department :
Facilitated with imported machinery from USA and JAPAN, advanced Techniques Like Key hole , Bar
tack Secure stitch, Auto trouser Loop Attach. Which gives perfect and Durable Seams. Also our
Tailors are trained With a special team experienced in safety Uniform engineering.
Embroidery Department:

Embroidery department functioning with Imported Machine from Japan, this machine is capable of
doing embroidery in caps and hats also in the garment.
Experienced designer and Advanced designing system engaged giving Best Finish for your company
Logos which gives royal and prestigious look .
Finishing Department:

Finishing department is enhanced with Modern Steam Boiler system which makes garment best press
last longing , experienced checker team inspect whole bulk
to find minor alteration garments .garments are packed with responsibility in order to satisfy
consumer.

Is our management goal, so our team member are trained to achieve this in all stages , we have
quality control at varies stages the Flow Chart will help u to understood .
QUALITY CONTROL PROCESS FLOW CHART.

RAW MATERIAL INSPECTION


Raw material Visual inspection is done on Fabric and trims to check defects are any functionality changes,
before taking in to the productivity.

Cutting Inspection.
Cutting inspection is done at the stage of pre/Post cutting, for Shrinkage, Shades, Bundle numbering, Defect
Pcs, Unbalanced cut.

Sewing Inline /Out Line inspection.


Sewing Inspection Done Pre and post stages, All operation will be checked randomly inline by our rolling
quality control team also at, end line checking team will inspect all garments 100% to keep quality and
customer requirement.

Finishing Stage.
At finishing stage garment will be checked Pre 100% before press and Packed ,so presentation alteration,
Measurement label mismatching will be recovered in this stage.

Final audit.

All bulk lots will be checked post packing by randomly, AQL 2.5 methodology is initiated in this stage , through
finding Minor and major Defects we decide Pass or re inspecting 100% of the goods in order to give durable
and exact customer requirement.

we accept Customer feedback happily, and we feel this is our strength to improve our product quality and
market. once goods delivered we take valuable points from the customer in order to improve our to
productivity methodology.
