CAN WE SAVE OUR PLANET OR THERE IS NO HOPE FOR IT.

For many decades, people have been damaging our planet’s environment by using its natural resources
and polluting it. If we don’t change our behaviour, planet’s climate will change forever and enormous
areas of it will become uninhabitable. In my view? It is possible to reverse all of this negative impact and
save our planet.

First of all, scientists are making a great progress in preventing damage to our planet. In recent years,
projects such as ITER tokamak have been becoming more popular. ITER scientists are building the Sun
model on the Earth to have unlimited energy source. This is life-changing invention, because people will
stop using Earth’s natural resources. Additionally, some products that harm the atmosphere, for
example aerosols that contain dangerous chemicals, are no longer available. Now, it is attempting to
limit carbon emissions and to control plastic waste. I suppose, in the near future we will forget what
plastic is.

People shouldn’t, that they also can limit negative impact and put a stopper on pollution. For instance,
they should switch of light, computers and other electrical equipment when they aren’t using them.
Furthermore, they should avoid buying products with plastic packaging.

In conclusion, I would say that we can prevent making more damage to planet’s environment by
changing our behaviour and using modern technologies, inventions.
