We respectfully ask that you comply with a few simple requests from the founder of fsATC, Mr. Arturas
14 J. Kerelis.

Due to pending partnership conversations with publically traded companies and "fsATC" we appreciate

your prompt attention to this matter.

Failure to comply with these requests will result in this Mr. Kerelis' legal representatives taking

17 immediate action against you.

1. Transfer the ownership of the "Discord" server titled "fsATC Community" to the principal

founder of fsATC, Mr. Arturas J. Kerelis.

20 (1) a. If the name of the "Discord server" is changed, the transfer of ownership is not

completed within 3 days, or a combination of the two, this office will be forced to take legal action

against you Mr. Stephen Santilli.
22 (1) b. If the "Discord server" is removed, deleted, hidden, or altered unusually in any way, including

but not limited to deleting all users, banning Administrators and staff members, this office will be

forced to take legal action against you Mr. Stephen J. Santilli.
