Red Skinned Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients:
1. Cut up potatoes without peeling them. Cut enough to fill pot of your choice at least 75% full
2. Cover potatoes with water and put on stove eye on Hi. Boil until the potatoes can be mashed
3. Drain off water.
4. Mash potatoes. As you mash potatoes, add Whole Milk and a whole stick of Real Butter to
desired texture.
5. Add seasonings as you continue to mash potatoes work the flavor throughout
Serve hot. Great with Shredded Cheese and or Sour Cream on top. Other options could be dry
Ranch Dressing or even Bacon.... Thank you, Jesus!!!!!
