Remote Learning Activities Guide No. 5

Date: September 14th -19th

Introduction

This course student’s guide is to help you complete the different activities for the topic “food an culture”. The
activities are set in sequence to be completed in the week, and they can be accessed in Blackboard. Please,
read the information and instructions carefully before starting each activity. Also, contact me any time in case

Topic’s learning outcome:

At the end of the content Students will be able to express Speak about actions that are in some way in progress
now/ presently/ currently/ now, etc, and earn mo st of the vocabulary related to food and at the restaurant.

Activity 1
At the restaurant

Aim: Students will be able to think and express ideas in present progressive

Instructions: Please, read very carefully each instruction to follow.

Answer the following questions with your teacher. Prepare in advance your answers:

Ask students to close their eyes and think about their relatives like their mom, dad, husband, wife, dog, etc.), tell them to
