Surya International company is a group of Companies which consists of EPC of Solar projects as well as water treatment projects, a complete
setup of Manufacturing (Products like WTP, HDPE Water Tank, HDPE Pipe, FRP Vessels, Lithium Batteries, pole erection machine, transit mixture,
solar structure, solar street light & many more), Fincorp (P2P Company) & etc. We have more than 200 skilled employees all over India with us, 60
employees only in our Head Office Bhubaneswar, Odisha. We are geographically present in various states of India like Delhi, Haryana, UP, Bihar,
Jharkhand, Assam, Tripura, Mizoram, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh & many more locations.
 
We are coming soon with an IT company with a small step into the IT industry with various projects, which processes are already in progress.  
 
Currently we have a 12 - 15 members team and we are customizing our own ERP (already 80% completed) for internal use of Group of companies
along with Android App. We are going to Implement AI & Machine learning with our various manufacturing machines for smooth operation.
We have also planned to step into take order for marketing of our customized ERP & take order from other companies as well as customization of
ERP as per their requirements that means complete operation as an IT company.
 
Our Requirement:
:Job Position- Management Trainee
:Job Location- Bhubaneswar
:Experience- 0 Years
:Salary- 15,000 CTC Per Month(18,000 Per Month after 3 months)
:Training- 3 Months( On the Job Training)
 
We are now looking for a dependable Management Trainee with good technical knowledge to join our capable teams. They will be posted in
departments like Finance,HR,Sales & Marketing. The Job responsibilities they will be provided are mentioned below.
 
1) Understanding project requirements and completing the assigned task in time provided by the Vertical Head/ Department Head.
2) Conducting research on different fields for the growth of the organization and providing necessary information to the concerned immediate
head.
3) Observe the existing strategies of the department and if, any changes are required then he/she can suggest.
4) Maintain a clear work report on a daily basis.
5) Designing process, material, tools and systems.
6) Implementing solutions and designs.
7) Making research and estimating costs and timelines.
