SUBJECT : CY 2021 LTIA IMPLEMENTATION SUPPLEMENTAL


GUIDELINES

Pursuant to Executive Order 394 series of 1997 which mandates this Bureau to
provide technical and secretariat assistance to the LTIA National Awards Committee
(NAC), the following supplemental guidelines on CY 2021 LTIA IMPLEMENTATION
is hereby provided:

A. ASSESSMENT

 There is only one set of award using the 2019 and 2020 Katarungang
Pambarangay data. The LTIA Municipal/City/Provincial and Regional
Awards Committee shall assess the Lupong Tagapamayapa candidates
based on their 2019 and 2020 data. Sample computation is illustrated
below:

 Certification on the Non-Availability of 2020 data due to the pandemic shall be
signed by the City/Municipal Awards Committee (Please see attached Sample
Certification)

B. SUBMISSION OF LTIA NATIONAL NOMINATION DOCUMENTS

1. Documents supporting the nomination of Regional Winners to the National


Award, per category, shall be encoded in the LTIA Information System
(LTIA-IS) Portal, and uploaded to the google drive link below:

When submitting the documents of the nominees, please be guided by the


filename format provided in DILG MC 2016-058, as illustrated below:

All RFPs are enjoined to register and provide the BLGS with their official
email address via http://bit.ly/3uraLyR in order to be given access to the
Google Drive Link cited above.

2. The above-mentioned link for the submission of the official National


Nomination Documents shall be open from April 5 to May 10, 2021.

ON LTIA-INFORMATION SYSTEM

Spearheaded by the Pool of Trainers composed of LTIA-RFP and Regional IT Officers,


the LTIA-IS Roll-Out Trainings will be conducted from the 4th week of February to
March 2021 through an online platform.

During the activity, it is recommended that participants shall have copies of the results
of the CY 2018 LTIA Assessment or any dummy data which can be used throughout
data encoding exercises.

Please be guided by the timelines provided below:

For LTIA-IS Web Portal, the LTIA RFPs, through the Regional Information and
Communication Technology Unit (RICTU), shall coordinate with the Information

CERTIFICATION
