 To check each order commercially and technically.
 Plan the work according to key responsibility area on daily basis.
 To look after all the execution part
 Taking care of clearance of all PO.
 Up to date MIS of inventory and end to end despatch follow up.
 Order Booking, Processing and execution.
 Coordinating with accounts for due payments for the principal, Providing all the detail to
account the credit.
 Maintaining MIS for INR sales and sending monthly sales figure to concern team.
 Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and
communicating relevant information.
 Responsible for authorizing SOs, BOMs, Quotations, invoices and other documentation
in ERP software.
 Maintaining Coordination between purchase, sales, logistics and manufacturing unit.
 Verifying documentations, screening of all mails.
 Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timelines.
 Act as a single point of contact for all queries for execution and solution approach.
 Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
 Coordinating with factory for release of Factory Order
 Maintaining timely schedules to meet the timeline of any PO
