Elaine J. Eiman
073, Panipuan
Mexico, Pampanga

Dear Ms. Eiman:

We write for and on behalf of our client, Berna C. Garcia, of the Total Gas Station
located at Maimpis, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

This is regarding the sum of money that you stole from the store of our client
while you were still employed therein amounting to Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 50,
000.00).

The issue was already brought to the Barangay, and on February 12, 2020, you
admitted your liability and promised to pay the said amount for a period of one (1)
month, promising to pay Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php 12, 500.00) every
Monday starting February 17, 2020 at 10 o’clock in the morning.

However, since then, you never paid a single centavo, nor appeared before the
barangay as agreed upon.

In this regard, we are sending you this letter and are hereby demanding that you
pay the total amount of Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 50, 000.00) within fifteen (15) days
upon receipt hereof. Failure to comply will leave us no other alternative but to file a
criminal case for Qualified Theft and other appropriate cases against you at the proper
forum.

Please consider this as our last and final demand. Thank you.

Very truly yours,

Atty. Roniel D. Muñoz
