 EXECUTIVE SUMMERY

This is a report on “Jeff Bezos” as my favorite presentable person. After doing research on him I
founded something deeper about him which influenced me so much. In here I find out his study
and the sequence of work life which is so much influential that how he overcome that stage.

In this report I found here the work story about how he made his work life what he did when he
stared in different business at various ways. The most important is to make the concept of his brand
Amazon group to make the revolutionary change in the business.

I have maintained here the proper evaluation his working sequence which made him to be the
brand. The biggest achievement about his life is truly to motivate any person if he or she want to
change his life properly.

From his research can say one thing that we shouldn’t give up at any stage what are we in the
position because if there come up end that’s not ending there should start again because this will
show up the roadmap of the successful life.

In the world there are many people who make their footprint for the people. They influenced to
the people by their work which make the people to make something big and to make their dream
big. I choose a business leader because of his patience, his dedication, His lifestyle which make
me so much influenced to something like him. He is none other than Jeff Bezos is a U.S e-
commerce entrepreneur and investor business icon. He made tremendous job in the business
section only by his sharp leadership skill, his patience. Jeff Bezos made the world easier with his
innovative business model idea and create the opportunity in the business world which make vital
role to become a business model in the world. He is the founder of Amazon.com group who made
a tremendous job by creating a scope to make a business platform. He always put speech in
different places to motivate the people go is getting backward to overcome the barriers and expose
himself to become best. This speech can make a people to be the best performer in his life. To
cherish life, it could be the best option to follow his focus line.

 ANALYSIS
1. History of Jeff Bezos:
Jeff Bezos is not only a person. He is a brand in
business world. He is the iconic model of most of the
young entrepreneur who becomes divested and cannot
get the pathway in the life. But his life was not so easy
to get in this position because he also rejected from
starting his career. But he never stopped he tried and
tried and now in the position.

2. Early and Education Life:

Jeff Bezos born in 12th January 1964, Albuquerque, New
Mexico. He had scientific interests & technical proficiency.
He rigged an electrical alarm in his childhood. Then he
attends science training program, University of Florida. He
was high school valedictorian, a National Merit Scholar and
a Silver Knight Award winner in 1982. In 1986, he
graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University with
a 4.2 GPA and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering
(BSE) in electrical engineering and computer science; he
was also a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He divorced his wife
MacKenzie in 2019 after 25 years of marriage and transferred
a quarter of his Amazon stake to her. Amazon's Jeff Bezos
pays out $38bn in divorce settlement.

3. Work Life:
Jeff Bezos started his first business by the Dream Institute.
Then joined D.E.Shaw & Company and he is the fourth senior
vice-president. In 1993, establish an online bookstore. His
first company name was Cadabra but later changed in
Amazon. Amazon was an online bookstore. In 1993,
diversified into the online sale of music & video. Then
Amazon to launch web service, Amazon Kindle etc. In 2000
Bezos founded Blue Origin. Announced a new orbital launch
vehicle was under development November, Blue Origin’s
New Shepard space vehicle. Rocketed reached its planned test
altitude of 329839 ft, (100.5 km). Then established company
Nash Holdings to serves as a holding company. He was one
of the first shareholders in Google, when he invested
$250,000 In 1998. Through this far-reaching business, now he
has a net worth of $205.6 billion in 30 September 2020.

4. Leadership:
I have chosen him as my presenter because of his leadership
skill and the quality of thinking that influence me to choose
him as my favorite presentable person.
There are some quality that influence me, such as
 Priority Customer Service.
 Being a little crazy.
 Perseverance and Resilience.
 Give customers an opinion.
 Focus on process, not failure.
 Build a culture that’s right for company.
 Strategy.

After starting at Amazon.com group he got tremendous change
in the world & during the Corona situations. This change has
come up the revolution in the world economy so that he got
recognized various awards.

 Bezos received his first major award.

 He was America's best leaders award.
 Bezos was awarded an honorary doctorate in science and
technology.
 An Innovation Award for the Amazon Kindle.
 He was ranked the best-performing CEO in the world.
 Bezos received a $2,50,000 prize.
 Elected to the National Academy of Engineering
 He was awarded the Buzz Aldrin.
 Germany's 2018 Axel Springer Award.

If we give up then everything will be ruined. Also, some major findings from Jeff Bezos have been
understood from his life.

We can find out Jeff Bezos verbal and non-verbal communications are very spontaneous
in his speeches.

The kind of partners he contacts with his exams he manages commercially.
o Organization

Jeff Bezos uses five functions of management (Planning, Organizing, Staffing, Executing
& Controlling) in his online business.

o Pedagogy
Bezos has taught young people how to become self-reliant through its e-commerce
business. How to become a digital entrepreneur by using the internet. How to take him self
to the golden peak even after repeated failures.
o Andragogy
He has shown the world with his fingers in the eye that through e-commerce business on
Amazon.com, even in old age, by learning the business, digital marketing can be done and
become self-reliant without relying on others.

He divorced his wife with the highest amount of money at the present time as he is a
successful businessman.

fulfill your dream even after failing again and again, then that dream will be fulfilled. Because if
we feel in give up then everything we be ruined. So, we should never give up.

 RECOMMENDATION

Jeff Bases is one of the 10 richest businessmen in the world. Later in this chapter, his
entrepreneurship can be researched. Also, his wife Mackenzie has always been by his side since
the beginning of his business, but the issue of their divorce after a long 25 years can be researched.
