STEPS ON HOW TO GET AN OATHTAKING TICKET

In Philippine Nurses Association (PNA)

1. Be sure you have a PRINTOUT of your Online Priority Number

 
2. Your Priority Number will be called at Gate 2. Please fall in line.
 
3. While waiting for your number to be called at the Verification Table,
accomplish the following:

3.1 Check the schedule of oathtaking assigned to your respective

school as posted in the waiting area.

3.2 Fill-up the PNA Membership Form. The PNA Membership Fee
is P400.00.

4. Proceed to the Verification Table. Give the Printout of your Priority

Number and show a valid Identification Card. The Staff will check if
your name is in the List of Board Passers. Once confirmed, your
Printout will be returned to you with a PNA stamp.

5. Proceed to the Registration Table and give your Printout to the

staff and avail an Oathtaking Ticket (Inductee and Guest Tickets).
 
6. Go to the PNA Membership Table, give your accomplished PNA
Membership Form and pay your membership fee. Get your Official
Receipt and PNA ID.
 
7. Exit at PNA Gate 1.

 REMINDERS FOR OATHTAKERS

1. Tickets are distributed ONLY in Philippine Nurses Association (PNA) Head Office.
2. Tickets will be distributed ONLY during working days, excluding Saturdays,
Sundays and Holidays. No ticket will be sold in the Oathtaking Ceremony
Venue, the SMX.
3. Inductees are allowed to more than 1 guest ticket for as long as tickets are still
available.
4. Schedule of deadline of ticket distribution:

5. Children below 7 years old are not allowed.

6. Only scheduled / valid tickets will be honored at the ENTRANCE.
PNA receipts without tickets will not be considered at the ENTRANCE.
7. Take note of the following ENTRANCE GATES OF SMX:
FRONT ENTRANCE DOORS: 2
SIDE ENTRANCE DOORS (North and South Gates) : 2
BASEMENT ENTRANCE DOORS Thru PARKING, North & South: 2
BRIDGEWAY from MOA.
8. Entrance Gates in SMX-MOA will be open at 6:30 AM for the AM session
and 12:30 noon for the PM session on the date of oathtaking ceremonies.
9. SCHOOL SCHEDULE: Basis for schedule of Oathtaking Ticket.

For Topnotchers ONLY:

1. In case the topnotcher is unable to avail ticket at PNA due to distance problem, the
following instructions should be followed:
1.1 Pay ticket thru bank-to-bank scheme.
1.2 Deposit payment to PNA Metro Bank (Paco Branch)

1.3 Send to PNA thru Facsimile number (02) 525-1596 the
Following data: Deposit Slip, Full name of topnotcher, Number of guest tickets
paid & Chosen date / time of oathtaking in SMX-MOA.
1.4 On the day of oathtaking ceremony, use FRONT ENTRANCE ONLY of SMX.
