Duties and Responsibilities:

 Assigned as Document Controller to the Royal Commission at Jazan (JCPDI) Construction


Department to support and assisting the ongoing projects under Contract Nos. JCPDI I-2001 &
JCPDI R-3008.
 Type correspondence, reports official letter as required by the Construction Department
using both MS word and computerized word-processing/spread sheet systems.
 Responsible for all document control activities for the Company and projects.
 Perform administrative liaison functions between other Offices and the Construction Dept. &
Sections Heads
 Organize and file current document backlog from project job packages per company current filling
process.
 Support project team in regards to submittals. RFI’s, drawings, specification and other project
documents.

 Photocopy documents and make distribution as required per the Royal Commission standard 4

 Attend telephone calls as required
 Assist team in scanning, organizing, and indexing critical documentation.
 Maintain all hard copy & electronic copy files of project documentation.
 Prepares and develops statistical reports, job status reports, and such other reports as needed by the
Departments.
 Provides administrative support to other Departments in work related responsibilities of the
Construction Dept.
 Perform system maintenance functions including updates to foundation tables and data integrity
monitoring
 Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager, SRCM and Construction

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Assigned as Document Controller/Project Secretary to the Royal Commission at Yanbu –


Construction Department –Industrial Construction Section to support and assisting the ongoing
projects under Contract Nos. PIC A-1104A & PIC R-7513.
 Support Project teams in regards to submittals, RFI’s, drawings, specification and other project
documents on all matters related to the ongoing projects.
 Perform administrative liaison functions between other Offices and the Construction Dept. &
Sections Heads
 Photocopy documents and make distribution as required per the Royal Commission standard

 Checking the legibility, accuracy and completeness of all documents that will be part of project
quality records.
 Maintain contract documents by listing the documents and storing them at the designated places

process.
 Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating directly with
Manager, SRCM, Engineers and Project team staffs.

correspondence, documents, and drawings.
 Knowledge the Royal Commission procedures, systems and Departments for correspondence routing
and submittal purposes.

 Develop and maintain a system to provide timely tracking of documents, correspondence, EWRs,
submittal and other documents related to Company projects.
