2. That the stolen car of the applicant was recovered & seized

by the Police on the date 29/10/2019 and the same is lying

with the P.S. Sagarpur.

3. That the applicant is the owner of the vehicle.

4. That the Swift Desire Car no HR 51 BB 8525 is not required

for any purpose of further investigation.

5. That the applicant undertakes to produce the car as and

when required or directed.
