one day, there lived a husband and wife who was full of wealth, but because life was too
luxurious, the wife dial not falce care of the diet anymore.

So that are day….

 The wife had just finished eating

Rania : daddy,daddy,help me

I can’t stand

Rio : what’s wrong with you ?

What are you cating ?

Rania : I only eat French

( take it to the room )

Rio : get enough rest

 A few moments later the wife is short of breath

Rio : what’s wrong with you

Rania : I can’t breathe

Rio : then we go to the hospital to checle your condition, I am serios pain.

Rio : nurse , please my wife, so limp and can barely breathe

Dewi : please come in mom, just lie down I’i get you oxygen

 After forty minutes handled in the emergency room, the patient was taken to the

word

Dewi : sorry sir, mrs, rania will be moved to an interne medicine room, because her must be

infusion

Rio : well nurse, i just follow what is best for my wife

  Then the emergency room nurse brought the patient to the in patient room after

arriving

Dewi : excus me nurse, I brought a patient from the emergency room

Ayu : okay,nurse, come on in to the room 2A

 The interne nurse laid the patient and placed the IV ( infusion )

Ayu : mom, is mommy still felt shortness of ?

Rania : the nurse have decreased quite a bit, I’ii put on oxygen later when I’m short of breath

Ayu : yes, mom yhen I pairs of infusion first yes

Rania : yes nurse just accept what is good for me

 the nurse want to put in the patient infusion after the emergency room nurse will

send the patient list and notify the patient’s complaint to the nurse’s interne.

Dewi : this patient complained of weakness and shortness of breath, I had put on oxygen earlier

this mom has a history of diabetes mellitus, all the medicines from the doctor have been written

down nurse.

Ayu : okay nurse’s, is diet also yes this is ?

Dewi : yes, appropriate to the doctor orders

Ayu : okay nurse’s , thank you

 then the emergency room nurse returns to the place where the nurse checks the

patient’s blood sugar

Ayu : mom, I check sugar is blood yes, have you eat eaten before
Rania : not yet nurse , yes nurse please

Ayu : sir, go to apothecary yes, this prescription drugs it, later if they have already here again,

Rio : good nurse.

Rio : mom, want to get some medicine. Here’s the prescription
