    (SBSL). Browns shall be paid from Grey Reach Investment Limited of USD 658,000.

    Board discussed the above and passed the following resolution:

    RESOLVED THAT amount of USD 658,000 is to be paid to Gangming (HK) Lighting


    Limited on behalf of Sunbird Bioenergy SL Limited from the bank account of Grey Reach
    Investment Limited. The payment shall be made as per instructions received from SBSL”
