Installation of line 150-PL-3108-151430X

• Refer isometric drawing P5-HCP-PL-B3108 SHT 2/2
• Remove existing line and control valve that going to be replace
• Pre-lay new fabricated spool at worksite
• Erect habitat at pipe support location
• Fit up and weld pipe supports PS-12.
• Remove existing pipe support PS-81508-012 at line 150-PL-3110-151430X
• Modify to add angle bar as guide at existing PS-81608-002
• Pipe support PS-81608-009 will be reused.
• Install 1 pc new gate valve
• Install 1 pc new control valve LV-2113
• Perform hydraulic bolt torqueing by vendor
• Conduct MPI test on pipe support joint
• Touch up painting at the weldment area
• Remove habitat
• Conduct reinstatement leak test
• Conduct housekeeping

• Erect habitat at FT-3301 support location
• Weld/ install C channel for FT-3301 & PT-3301 support
• Install FT-3301 & PT-3301 support
• MPI after installation
• Remove habitat
• Gland & terminate existing cable at FT-3301 & PT-3301
• Reconnect existing impulse tubing
PAINTING REPORT

• Painting Summary
• ITR P11-A Pipe Painting Coating & Marking

2. To take photo of the completed scope (softcopy only)
