1. What is your motivation to apply National Project Manager Position in AIESEC Sri
Lanka?

I was responsible for several projects where I directed and implemented great success in
university and also in the school. I'm really driven by results. I have always been motivated by
the desire to meet the specific goal with strong strategies. I am always try to create a well
organized schedule for accomplish a task and achieving my goals and objectives.

2. Mention three strengths and three weaknesses of you. Evaluate how you can utilize
your strengths to become a better version of you and what can be done to overcome
your weaknesses?

According to the above derived strengths and weaknesses, I can overcome the expecting too
much from other by giving my creative ideas to others to perform the specific task. Taking so
many risks can be swamped by hardworking with high dedication. And also, by using my
leadership skills I can be sensitive to others and give most suitable solutions for their problems.

3. What are your expectations from this role?

Answers for Specific Questionnaire
1. Make comprehensive SWOT analysis of oGTe in Sri Lanka by looking at the
performance in the last three years?

Strengths
• Joined collaboration with international platforms.
• Best organisation for youth to develop their leadership skills.
• Undergraduates can enhance their job experiences by doing interns.
Weaknesses
• Haven’t any proper marketing plan to grab members to do different type of interns.
• Low member retention.
Opportunities
• Have so many intern opportunities like psychological training, graphic design interns
etc.
• Opportunity to work in overseas and grab international working experience.
• Partnerships with other global platforms.
Threats
• Lack of members to do the interns.
• Members haven’t much more skills.

2. What mechanism (physical/virtual) do you think is the best to run the sales
promotion campaign and how would you attract the target market?

I think virtual sales promotion campaign would be better. Because we can reach to vast target
audience in short time by spending low cost. And also, virtual sales promotion campaign is
more ideal and realistic during this COVID-19 pandemic situation.

First, we should determine our target audience to conduct this sales promotion. Social media
is much better to run the promotion campaign because we can easily attract the audience. Then
create useful and suitable content like video marketing, blog posts and articles or social media
content. Thereafter, we can reach our target audience more effectively by using targeted
advertising like using Google ads, social media ads etc. Further, if we want more and more
sales promotion, we can conduct a referral marketing strategy too. By using these strategies,
we can grab target audience to our sales promotion.
