Lipay National High School Science Fair

Young Scientist of Lipay National High School ( LNHS) bagged several awards in the 2019
Division Science Fair held last Oct. 10,2019 at Botolan South Central School with the theme ''
Reinventing the future : Advancing Communities through Science, Technology and
Innovations''.

Neil Sampaga together with his team including Ranielle Cubilla and Joshua Ebuen said that ,at
first they seemed nervous and scared to showcase their robots because for them, their robots
are not as a good as others.

But then  the  team took this as their advantage to win  since its their last year to compete and
represent LNHS after 3 consecutive years.

'' It's not about how nice the robot is, its about the papers and  how you defend and prove your
project''. Sampaga said.

Simoun Morano, also showed a victorious smile after the contest. According to him, he finally
managed to defend his research and all those maze of sleepless nights was totally paid off.

After all, the Robotics Team including Neil, Sampaga, Ranielle Cubilla and Joshua Ebuen
snatched 2nd place  , a one step closer to advance in Regional but still not enough, Simoun
Kinneth Morano finished 4th placed and the Investigatory Physics Team was only a participants.

'' It's not  about winning, but the lesson you've learned to make you to be a better person''
Sampaga added.
