ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF DEBT/PROMISSORY NOTE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, HILDA LEE, Filipino, of legal age, married, and with residence at Al Hamra District,
Jeddah Saudi Arabia, ACKNOWLEDGE, CONFIRM and CONFESS, that I am indebted in
the amount of TEN THOUSAND SAUDI RIYAL (10,000 SR) with an INTEREST of ONE
THOUSAND SAUDI RIYAL (1,000 SR) to VICKY MASDO, also a Filipino, of legal age,
single, and with residence at Mushrefah District, Jeddah Saudi Arabia.

That I, HILDA LEE, the debtor of VICKY MASDO, the creditor, PROMISES to settle my
obligation to the latter by paying ONE THOUSAND SAUDI RIYAL (1,000 SR) at every 5th
day of the month covering the agreed amount of interest for the time being, and until
such time that I, the debtor, will have in me the principal amount of TEN THOUSAND
SAUDI RIYAL (10,000).
