Application
SMGQ2 series new type dual power automatic transfer switch (ATS) integrating switch with

logical control and realizing mechatronics, is mainly used in the industrial and enterprise

distribution equipment of AC 50Hz, rated voltage up to 440V and conventional thermal current up

to 3200A to auto transfer between main power and backup power of distribution system or auto

transfer and safely insolation between two load equipments.

The switch rapidly connects, breaks and transfers the circuit through the operation mechanism

of main switch body driven by the motor which is controlled by kinds of logical demand from the

control circuit board, to obviously realize safe isolation.

The switch has the operations of full automation compulsory “ 0 ” , remote control and

emergent manual. It is equipped with functions of phase loss inspection, communication interface,

electro-mechanical interlock, generator (oil machine). It is the best choice among similar products.

3. Structure
3.1 Electric Key lock: Control the internal control circuit power of switch, if it is unlocked, the switch

can be full automatic, remote, and compulsory “0”; if it is locked, it can be only operated by manual.

3.2 Handle: The electrical lock must be locked before manual operation with it.

3.3 Mechanical Padlock: Specified for examine and repair. When examine and repair, turn the switch

to Position “0”, pull out the padlock mechanism and then put on the padlock to avoid any incidents

(pulling out the padlock can cut off the internal control power)
