Topic: Proper breathing techniques during labor and delivery


Description/ Overview: Breathing technique for labor can be a useful tool to help cope with the discomfort of contractions.
The techniques help the mother relax and can reduce anxiety and pain perception during the most challenging phases of
labor.
Materials/ Equipment: Visual aids (Powerpoint Presentation, Videos); Technical equipment (Laptop, Speakers,
Microphone, Projector); Assessment tool (Questionnaires); Leaflets
