A dedicated website will be created for your organisation and
employees will be able to order directly from this website at a
time selected by you.
It will be up to you to decide on the range of products and maximum value of benefit spend for each
employee. Their personal pages will only show items up to this value. This ensures that the employee can
select from all items rather than view some which they are not eligible.

The website will be designed to your requirements - either linking in to your existing benefits portal, or
creating a new direct link.

Security and confidentiality are of prime importance and we design the website and the system to ensure
that this is at the highest level.

If third party funding is required, the associated costs could be incorporated into the product costs, to keep
the scheme cost neutral to the employer.

Insurance is available for all products on a voluntary or compulsory basis.
