FORCED LABOUR POLICY

o xxx shall not engage in or support the use of forced and compulsory labour nor
shall the personnel be required to ‘deposits’ or ‘lodge’ identity papers upon
commencing employment with the facility.

o xxx shall not ask for the original copies of the documents (Such as Birth
certificates, passports, Educational Certificate etc.,) to be lodged while
commencing the employment. Only copies of such documents shall be collected
as proof of age.

o The employees shall work voluntarily and if they are required to leave during
Working hours for emergency purposes they shall leave upon informing the
Supervisors/managers.

o xxx does not support large and long running loans with the intention of
compelling the employees to keep working.

o The employees are free to leave at the end of the working time and not be
forced to Work under compulsion.

o The employees are free to terminate their employment provided they give notice as
mentioned in the appointment order.

o Similarly employees will not be compelled to work during holidays

o xxx shall ensure through its employment process that neither the facility nor
any entity supplying labour to the facility shall engage in or support
trafficking in human beings.

o xxx does not employ prison labour.
