Conclusion
1. VRV system (Daikin) is technically not applicable due to the oversizing of all system components which affects the cots of the system itself in addition to the electrical cost to feed it.
2. DX split units (LG and Carrier) are technically applicable as system. However, the selected units by the suppliers are oversized affects the cots of the system itself in addition to the electrical cost to feed it.
3. All suppliers are missing many spaces in the villa that shall be air conditioned during summer and winter either by mistake or by combining more than one space to be served by the same unit which will
affect the individual control of each space.
4. DX split units (LG and Carrier) are not considering the actual routes of refrigerant pipes allover the villa which will affect the cost.

Recommendations
1. All spaces in the villa shall be air conditioned through traditional DX split units on the basis of the estimated cooling and heating loads during the design stage after being coordinated with the architecture
and interior design. Both Carrier and LG and technically accepted in principal subject to comply with the final design package unit capcities and financial budget.
2. VRV system (Daikin) is not matching the cooling and heating load requirements of the different space in the villa. Moreover, the cost is overestimated for the villa application.
