Building Businesses Career in Social Media these day.

It is posited that computer systems will be more effective if women are


represented equally in the design teams, project steering committees, and
at the upper echelons of IS management. A model of barriers faced by
women in the field of ‘Information Technology is presented. Three distinct
life-stages of early education, career-choices and career advancement are
analyzed. At each stage, effects of social and structural factors, which may
act as barriers are identified and discussed. Interaction of social and
structural factors at each stage is discussed. Implications for management
are outlined.

Competition in business era always happened tightly and must be


accepted wisely by businessman nowdays. Also to win this competition and
gain the right market target, activities of marketing should be effectively and
efficiently in business, because it is the most human activities are geared to
meet and satisfy the needs and wants through an exchange process.
Marketing is also helped to introduced and gain acceptance of new
products that have eased or enriched people’s lives. It can inspire
enhancements in existing products as marketers innovate to improve their
position in the marketplace.

There’re many ways for marketing businesses using direct or indirect


methods depends on the need and demand of their market target they
choose at beginning. Today, businesses that execute a digitally-driven
business strategy enjoy a significant competitive advantage in the
marketplace. (Larry Weber, 2013), like as we call as Instagram (Ig),
Facebook (Fb), Twitter, Snapchat, and etc, it reached million users and
keep increased. By implementing this in the business, we can plan another
strategies to running the business and survive in competition environment,
with this phenomena, open chance for business to promote the products

to action.

Their emphasis now is to tell their stories and spread their ideas
online in a timely and open manner, how to handle it? We can pouring our
ideas, right information to buyers right at the point where they are most
receptive to the information. The old marketing model is using a broadcast
advertising primarily on TV, but it wasn’t long last right? Today, in modern
era, there are lots of networks and cable channels offering hundreds of
options. Beside that it is also essential to understand the characteristics of
the people who visit your organization's website, break the buyers into
distinct groups, create and deliver content to each group's needs or
problems. Further, by extension, one can think or Social Media is a kind of
social function- almost like a party. A traditional advertising approach to
selling a product or service at a social gathering (interrupting, monopolizing
the conversation) would be inappropriate, tone-deaf and offensive.
In my conclusion, there many factors can affecting customers buying
decision, in this case physiological customers toward celebgram (endorse)
will affecting their decision in buying products in instagram. Celebrity
endorsement technique makes advertisement not only interesting and
attractive but also helps in getting attention as well (Ohanian 1991, Kamins
1990), cause they are a role model and they leave good impact. That’s why

consider them as role model and celebrities leave a positive impact on their
lives, celebrity also motivate them to purchase.
