Succession Plan Template

Identify the key leadership roles and critical positions in the organization. For each role, indicate
individuals across the organization who would be ready to replace the current individual now, in 6 to 12
months, 1 to 2 years, or 2 to 3 years. For each leadership and critical position, it is important to have at
least one successor who is currently ready to take on the position in case of vacancy.
