Sig: Using a cotton ball, apply to entire face
twice a day for two weeks

Sig: Apply to face 30 min before sun
exposure
Tretinoin 0.025% cream # 1
Sig: Apply to affected area at night
If cystic acne, add:

Sig: Take 1 cap once daily for 2 weeks
10. Others:
Permethrin 5% Lotion # 2
Sig: Apply to entire body from the neck
down to the feet. Pay special attention to
the axilla, inguinal area, interdigital webs.
Leave for 8-12 hours or overnight. Repeat
after 1 week. Treat all household members.

Permethrin 5% Lotion # 2
Sig: Apply to damp hair and leave on for 10-
15mins. Cover with plastic or towel. Rinse
and use a fine-toothed comb. Repeat after 1
week. Treat all household members.

NSS Compress
Sig: Mix 2 teaspoons salt with 1 Liter of
warm water. Use a clean cloth or gauze and
dip it in the warm water mixture. Squeeze
excess water and press cloth or gauze
against affected area or wound for 10-
15mins, twice a day.

Salicylic Acid + Lactic Acid Topical

Solution (DuoFilm) # 1
Sig: Soak lesion in hot water for 5-
10minutes & dry thoroughly. Rub surface of
affected area using a nail file. Apply
petroleum jelly to the surrounding normal
skin. Apply solution to affected area 5-10
times or until surface turns white. Cover with
plaster and leave overnight. Repeat once
daily until lesion has cleared or ridge lines of
the skin have been restored.
