    Which criteria for ensuring HQCA (High Quality Classroom Assessment) shall be given the most
    priority in giving assessment?

    Answer:

    In my own opinion, Validity and Reliability shall be given the most priority in giving
    assessment. Validity refers to the appropriateness of the reasoning and the
    consequences that result from the assessment. On the other hand, Reliability refers to
    consistency of result. I believe that these two help to insure the quality of the data you
    collected in doing the assessment.
