 Introduction

Transportation is one of the vital components in supply chain world. This helps the
businesses to be successful towards global economic development. enterprise success
and quality of life improvement. Effective and efficient transportation operations are
complex processes that need for global trade to thrive that transportation professionals
are tasked to balance (Novack, et al., 2019).

As part of this course, we were assigned to create one-pager based on the assignments
we did. These one-pager documents were presented virtually in class and highlight the
key points of Hardee Transportation and Leaf Men's Wear regarding their transportation
processes, operations and costs. Along with these, project work flow timeline, RASIC
Chart, and Minutes of the Meeting were also attached here. A group reflection would
also be discussed regarding the activities we did through out the course.

Reflection

During Assignment Completion

On the entire process of this activity, answering and solving the questions on the

assignment is the toughest part. This includes Study Report
a thorough study #2: One-Pager
of the Reflection
given problem
and situation of Hardee Transportation and Leaf Men’s Wear and must have relevant
solutions on their current issues. As our group had several meetings, we were trying our
best which was the most cost-efficient means for the companies mentioned to cut their
operational expenses when transporting their goods. It is very essential to consider the
client’s budget and concern in order to come up an effective transportation plan that
would fit to their operations.

During One-Pager Creation

It was our first time to create a one-pager in this course. As we were discussing and
brainstorming what to include in our one-pager, we had realized that it should be in an
attractive and presentable layout and just straight to the key points of the topic to be
discussed. We had thought in the long process that a one-pager is helpful in reporting
the progress the project especially in terms of time and cost. This will be helpful in our
future jobs if in case we will be encountering such matters that needs to be presented to
the executives.

During Class Presentation

Presenting the one-pager in class is quite challenging due to the possible questions that
the class may ask. Asking questions and clarifying details are really part in every
presentation so that the audience will be able to comprehend enough the topics covered
 without any doubts. That is why it is also very important to study well the case that will
be presented as this might create more confusion than understanding the subject.

Discussion:
Wait for the turn and bring the solutions and ideas to Project Manager about the case
issues and How team can overcome the problems related to the cases.
Conclusions:
Research was completed on time.
The Team was able to submit Pager’s via email within the deadline.
The Team had presented 3 pagers to professor with complete evaluation and
explanation.

The Project Manager (Kathleen Cristel Santiago) had discussed the meeting timings
along with the members via WhatsApp for setting up the common time for meeting.
 Zoom meetings were set up during weekends as well as on Mondays to the date prior to
the pager submission.
Online sessions on Mondays were having a duration of 2 hours. Monday meeting was
decided to start by 4 pm and it will conclude by 6 pm.
Weekend Meetings were more of discussion sessions which was set up to be adjourned
by 12 pm and was decided to be started by 10 am. Weekend’s sessions were also
having the 3-hour duration.
