JOB INTERVIEW

Interviewee : “Good Afternoon Miss”

Interview 2 : “Good Afternoon too, please sit down in here”

Interviewee : “Okey Miss. Thank You”

Interview 1 : “Okey, shall we start now? Please introduce yourself each”

Interviewee : “My name is Dwi Surya Nugraha, I am twenty four years old. I have
graduated from Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta, majoring in Accounting. My
Activity right now is fotograph and editing on my youtube channel, I am also
active in several photographer communities.”

Interview 2 : “Ah okey, you are graduates of Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. And then,
what do you know about our company?”

Interviewee : “Yes, your company is a company that engaged in telecommunications

services.”

Interview 1 : “Why do you want to work in our company?”

Interviewee : “Because your company have a good reputation and of course to get the great
experience to work in here.”

Interview 2 : “Okey, what department do you apply and why do you interested on it?”
Interviewee : “I want to apply for the Tax Consultant position in The Tax Department, I
am interested working on that position because that is my passion.”

Interview 1 : “Why did you leave your previous job?”

Interviewee : “I leave my previous job, because I want more challenge and new
experience.”

Interview 2 : “What if in this new place you feel the same as you did in your last work
office?”

Interviewee : “It is okey for me, because I think it will be different from my previous job,
also as I mention before, I love to gain new experience.”

Interview 1 : “Okay then, Would you like to start again?”

Interviewee : “Sometimes I need to take a step back to move my careers forward. Starting
in an entry-level role will allow me to study your business from the ground
up.”

Interview 2 : “Could you mention any computer software that you expert in it?”

Interviewee : “Besides of programming related to accounting, I am also an expert of

Microsoft Office and also an expert for design software, like Adobe Photoshop
and Corel Draw.”

Interview 1 : “Can you work with a team and under pressure?”

Interviewee : “Yes, I can, I also don’t think it’s a pressure because it’s the responsibility of
my work and it’s also a great change to improve the quality of myself.”

Interview 2 : “Why should we hire you?

Interviewee : “Because I have enough experience and this field is my own passion, so I
have a very strong spirit for this field.”

Interview 1 : “How much salary do you want in every month?”

Interviewee : “I am expecting my salary is two million rupiahs per month.”

Interview 2 : The last question, When do you think you will reach the peak in your career?
Interviewee : “I am a healthy person, strong, mental to always be active, so I never thought
about reaching the top in my career. I think what matters is how much
knowledge and experience I have within me.”
