• FOCUS
– Provide focus to our clients and associates by connecting them
with each other by building strong and lasting relationship

• LEAD
– Using all the resources to clear the hurdles for success. I will be
accountable for my own actions and behavior, in addition to
driving my own activity level

• EXECUTE
– Having a plan is important. Executing on the plan is vital.
GETTING MY FEET WET IN THE 1st 30
DAYS
 Set up the working environment
 Learn in detail about the system, company, methods and vision
 Obtain contact information of team members with whom continuous communication is
required

 Quickly familiarize and get comfortable with :


 Begin rapport building through developing strong internal and external relationships
 Who are the clients, what are there expectations, and prioritizing work according to the
deadlines
 Establish regional development plans, performance guidelines and expectations for my team

 Complete Training
 Keenly absorb on all training provided to transition into all duties smoothly
 Ask all necessary questions during training to avoid mistakes in the future
 Welcome feedback for improvement during training
 Aim to finish training qualitatively and quickly to start work ASAP
KEEP RUNNING AT THE 2 30 DAYS nd

 Ensure all the 1st month activities are completed


 Finalize all the training and self-learning
 Actively apply the feedback received from Manager regarding 1st month

 Define 2nd month roadmap and activity plan


 Apply the findings and results of the 1st month to define a 2nd month plan
 Makes necessary corrections needed to improve efficiency of duties
 Discuss activities with the top performing recruiter, create a mentor who is currently
successful in this role and can share the valuable suggestions and best practices

 Goal: Have Solid Grip on All Duties


 Ability to perform all job duties with sureness and ease
 Challenging myself by creating new methods to attract the candidates for the jobs that
fits their profiles.
 Report to manager on progress and get feedback for improvement

 Ability to expertly execute duties with fine-tuned manner
