1.0 Introduction

‘Dojo Angle’ is an interactive slide that contain videos, games and lessons to help Year 4
pupils in learning the topic of space, which is recognising the angle. This slide has covered
the content in recognising the types of angle and also, angle in shapes, which are rectangle,
square and triangle. The main purpose of this product is to visualize the concept of angle
and motivates them in learning the topic of angle by using this product.

2.0 Requirement

The minimum requirements to run this product is Microsoft PowerPoint application.

3.0 Guidelines on Using The Product

3.1 Getting Started

Steps Instruction
 After downloading the product from link in Padlet, you must Enable ‘Macros’
in PowerPoint.
 Watch the tutorial video on enabling ‘Macros’ in Padlet if you are not sure..
The video is specialised for older, 2010 and 2016 version.

2  Due to the file’ size was too big, so the videos in the interactive slide has
removed. This is easier for user to download the file
 Go back to Padlet and download the video at the column named as ‘Video
used in the product’.

 Insert the video into the interactive slides according to the slides number that
has stated in Padlet.
 Go back to slide 1 to start the product.

3.2 Running the Product

Steps Instruction
 When clicked slide show, it will bring to the starting page as shown below:

 Click the button ‘Start’ and it will go to the main menu (slide 3).
 Choose any session that you would like to start first for this product.

3  When clicked video, it will appears ‘video 1’ and video 2’

 Click video 1 will go to slide 10, which is the session for meaning of angle.

4  In “types of angle” and “Angle in Shapes”, you can click the button above to
show the part of the lesson that you wish to read first.

***Note:
Different people have different speed in understanding the lesson. So, if the
background music overlapped:
1. Press ‘ESC’ on your keyboard to end show.
2. Go to slide 3 and click slide show.
3. Choose the session that you wish to continue.

3.3 Guidelines for Games

Game Game Rules
Homework Due 1. Player needs to finish the maths homework as it needs to
submit tomorrow.
2. There are two homework that player needs to finish it.
i. Homework 1
ii. The first homework is matching exercise. Player
needs to click the picture and the option to match
the correct answer. Player may click the ‘DEMO’
for guidance.
iii. If player choose the wrong answer, click ‘RESET’.
iv. Click ‘Done” once it has done.

v. Player only have 2 minutes to finish it. If not,
GAME OVER.

b. Homework 2
i. The second homework is choosing the correct
answer.
ii. There are 5 questions and each question were
given 30 seconds to answer. If not, GAME OVER

iii. Players only have one chance to answer each


question.
Button Function in this game:
1. “Quit” – back to main menu (slide 3)

2. ‘Skip”-skip the story line and instruction page
3. “Back” – Back to main menu of Homework Due (in
instruction and level page only)

5. “Pass” – Skip to next question (for homework 2 only)
6. “Demo” – demonstration on answering the question in
homework 1

7. “Done” – when the player has done all the question
8. “Next Level” – proceed to next homework
9. “Reset” – clear all the answer
10. “Back” – Back to level page when game over
Memory game – Memoroo  This game has 4 levels.
Dojo  You must finish each level in time:
o Level 1: 40 seconds
o Level 2: 40 seconds
o Level 3: 2 minutes
o Level 4: 3 minutes

 If player did not manage to finish in time, it will game over.
 Click ‘Done’ once it has found all the matched picture.
 Player may watch the video in slide 53.
Button Function in this game:
Level page. 1. “Quit” - back to main menu (slide 3)
2. “EXIT” – Back to level page
3. – back to main menu page
4. “Done” - when player has found all the matched card
5. “Next Level” – proceed to next homework
6. “Back” – Back to level page when game over
7. “Clear Stage” – back to main menu page

3.4 Guidelines for Quiz

 Click quiz in main menu page (slide 3) and it will appear the security notice

Click ‘Yes’ and it will go to quiz.

3 Quiz Rule
 For a correct answer you get 10 points
 For an incorrect answer you get -5 points
 If you pass the question, no marks will be awarded
4 Click “Click here to continue’ to start answering the quiz
 If you answer the correct/wrong answer, it will appear this

 Click ‘ok’ to continue


6 Click ‘Pass’ if want to skip the question.

8 Below is the sample result:

 Click ‘Retry’ if you want to try the quiz again. On the same time, the marks will reset.
 Click ‘Exit’ to end show. Then, you can go back to the interactive slides.
*** Note:
 always click ‘Retry’ before you quiz the quiz to reset the mark.
 Press ‘ESC’ on your keyboard if you want to quit the page of quiz.Thisaction will
straight away bring you back to main menu (slide 3) page
