3. Analytical – ICT can bring complex illustrative strategies to bear in a process.

4. Informational – ICT can bring tremendous sums of point-by-point data into


handle.

5. Sequential – ICT can empower changes within the arrangement of tasks in a


systematic process, frequently permitting different tasks to be worked at the
same time.

6. Knowledgeable – ICT permits the capture and spread of information and


mastery of knowledge and proficiency to the development of processes.

7. Tracking – ICT permits the tracking of tasks, status, inputs and outputs. It helps
in catering the broad details without hustle due to its capability of command
whereby scans and directly track the details in ease.

8. Disintermediation – ICT has the capability to connect two parties within a


manner that would shorten the value chain by removing mediators with the use of
Internet as the manner of connectivity.
