the Area of the Business that will be use on selling the products.

It will be outside of the School wherein Sellers will sell the products during
the ball games.

We are Health and Safety Department would like to Propose a color coding of
T-shirt in every Department. This Memorandum will help to easily defined in every
department. This is the Following Color Coding of every Department:

Human Resources Department----------- GREEN

Accounting Department--------------------- YELLOW
Market Department -------------------------- GREY
Health and Safety Department------------ WHITE
Manpower Department--------------------- RED

NARRATIVE OF

Last February 8, 2019 we perform our business at the time of 1:00 pm. During
this day, there is also a program of ball game. I as a head of Health and Safety
Department do my task.

First we ensure that everyone is in Good condition. The Tent, the place, the
people/ department, and the food we will sell. As of also on health and safety
department, I look also on how do the employee or other department meet and serve for
their buyers/client.
On other Hand being a leader, I did my best to do my responsibility as a Health and
Safety Department.

I was assigned in the Health and Safety Department, for the last 3 Fridays, we
ensured the sanitation and cleaning of the products and foods used for doing our
business.

The leader of our department is Leira Tomboc, all in all, our department is only
compose of 3 people.

On the 3rd Friday, I was assigned to specifically monitor the business for the
whole day, from 1 to 5pm.

From monitoring the business, I learned that the manpower did their best to keep
everything clean so the product will sell will.

The only problem so far, is the street children that sometimes disturb us, or/and
when there is too many customers.

In conclusion, I did my best to do my responsibility as a Health and Safety

Department.

On first Friday of February 08, 2018 in some point my role to Health and Safety,

and my manager Mr. Listern Alaga ordered to me for “Documentary Video” and I edited

the video soon. But I just captured video ones, so the documentary is not complete

enough but I try my best to know what the employees did in first Friday. Me and

Danielle joining the slogan event in Sir Banny Casamina so I didn’t join in first Friday

that why the Documentary is not complete.

On second Friday of February 15, 2018, I guarded the employees of financial

management, Empower management, Marketing Management and Also the manager to

selling our product. Meanwhile something missing in our requirement to cooking area

the cooking oil is cooking oil is dripping into the table and it does not container. As a

part of my job of being health and safety I borrow a container in the canteen but I didn’t

know that is the wrong idea, I forgot the rule and after that I brought to the classroom

the cooking oil in a moment. So I did that it for customers to can’t see the problem for

our cooking oil, because I don’t like hate comments for our business and being Health

and Safety I might also implicate the hate comment of customer. But before I did that I

told to manager and employees why they have nothing container in our cooking oil.

And then the second problem one of employees of Empower management they

nothing have a hair net while cooking that’s why the one of a customer said they have a

pieces of hair in our product, and I nervous about that happen.

 After Selling, I’m observing a little bit the managers and financial to counting the

money and then I go home immediately because that happens, I don’t like it. Every

employee they think that I'm wrong but for my opinion IM NOT WRONG, because it

would not happen if they prepared it. Be Ready, I’m just doing my part.
