VMWARE PARTNER DEMAND CENTER ONBOARDING COMPETITION TERMS

AND CONDITIONS

ELIGIBILITY

The VMware Partner Demand Center Onboarding (“Competition”) is a partner incentive program
offered to individuals who are VMware Partner Connect partners at the Enrolled/Authorized level
or higher, with an active profile on Partner Demand Center. By participating in the Competition,
Participants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of
VMware, which shall be final, binding and conclusive in all matters relating hereto.

COMPETITION PERIOD

Competition begins on February 15, 2021 at 12:01 am PST and ends on March 31, 2021 at 11:59
pm PST (“Competition Period”). VMware’s clock shall be the official time keeping device of the
Promotion.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Eligible Participants must perform all the tasks outlined in the Partner Demand Center
Onboarding Checklist which includes:

1. Complete a 1:1 meeting with Helpdesk Plus Team;

2. Complete your Profile including connecting your Social Networks;
3. Upload your Company Logo to your profile;
4. Add your Company Privacy Statement to your profile; and
5. Do one of the following activities on Partner Demand Center: execute a campaign social
post, create a product or solution web page, or send a 2-3 touch email campaign.

Add all your screenshots to the Partner Demand Center Onboarding Checklist PowerPoint, and
send the completed file to HelpdeskPlus@vmware.com.

Upon checklist validation, each individual will be put into the raffle. Prizes will be awarded to ten
(10) partner reps in each r region (AMER, EMEA, APJ) who complete the checklist prior to March
31, 2021. Partner completion will be validated through the checklist submitted.

PRIZES

Prizes will be awarded to ten (10) partner reps in each of the three (3) regions AMER, EMEA and
APJ to complete the entry requirements in a random drawing. Each winner will receive one (1)
VMware Digital Marketing Kit containing the following: one (1) Trueview HD 1080p web camera
with microphone and one (1) Lume Cube Panel Mini Light. Retail value to partner is
approximately US 155.30.

ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS

Competition is offered only to VMware Partner Connect partners at the Enrolled/Authorized level
or higher, to the contact listed in Partner Demand Center Partner Profile. Contractors, interns,
part-time employees of Partner are ineligible to enter this Competition.
PRIZE WINNERS

Winners will be announced on April 12, 2021. Following the announcement, winners will be
notified by e-mail. Prizes are non-transferable or redeemable for cash and no substitution will be
made except as provided herein at VMware’s sole discretion. VMware reserves the right to
substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become
unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize
receipt and/or use.

LAW / JURISDICTION

In the event that any of the terms of this Competition or the performance of any obligation by
either party hereunder becomes or is declared to be illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction or
other governmental body, such term(s) shall be null and void and shall be deemed deleted, all
remaining terms of this Competition shall remain in full force and effect.

The Competition and the rights and obligations of VMware and Participants will be governed and
controlled by the laws of the State of California, applicable to contracts made and performed
therein without reference to the applicable choice of law provisions. All actions, proceedings or
litigation relating hereto will be instituted and prosecuted solely within the State of California,
Santa Clara County. The parties consent to the jurisdiction of the state courts of California and
federal court located within such state and county with respect to any action, dispute or other
matter pertaining to or arising out of the Competition.
