This month, DepEd’s first virtual Oplan Balik Eskwela set to promote Bayanihan
amid COVID-19 situation. Since we are not yet required to report physically we are required
to attend different virtual seminars to increase and widen our knowledge and shared what
we learned with our learners. We also assisted parents in online enrolment for S.Y 2020-
2021.
Our principal Dr. Jennifer Q. Cunanan asked the help of the teachers to produce
School-Based Modules on each Subject Leadership, this in preparation and will ensure the
continuation of the ADMs for the opening of classes if ADMs are not available on the portals
of the DepEd or Division Office. These modules will also serve as the additional guides for
DALIS learners.

This month, as part of our physical reporting in school we have Alternative Work
Arrangement. The following dates are my schedule for this month (July 6, 9, 13, 16,
20, 23, 27 & 30). I concentrated also on the following tasks in preparation of this incoming
school year: enrollment of our learners in the LESF, printing and sorting of Alternative
Delivery Modality (ADM), participated on learnings and disseminated information on the
different kinds of Distance Learning Modality offered in school, organized, summarized and
follow up the transferee and pupils enrolled for the upcoming New Normal Setup for the
year 2020-2021. As per DepEd Memo/Order the school also conducted survey about the
LDM of each enrolled learner in the school. Still attend virtual seminars.

The initial schedule for reopening of classes was this month of August, so teachers
started to assist our DepEd Division in Printing and Sorting of the ADM’s. The opening of
classes schedule was then moved on a later schedule.
Even the school opening was moved we teachers continued our duties and
responsibilities. We continued to print and sort modules for different schools. Our grade
leader also conducted virtual and physical meeting in preparation of the S.Y 2020-2021.
