    General Rules
    1) 4 overs per side
    2) A bowler can Bowl maximum of 2 overs
    3) IF a team has only one bowler, he can select bowlers from other Non-Batting teams
    to bowl Remaining 2 overs provided that One bowler from Each team he has selected
    can bowl max one over
    4) )If a team gets out more than 4 times in a given 4 overs, chance for common man
    should be provided for one wicket
    5) First over will be the Bowling Powerplay. Batting Powerplay(1 over) can be choose
    by the respective batting teams as per their wish. New Ball should be used during
    bowling Powerplay.
    6) Incase of Tie, Winner will be decided by One Over Super Over.
    RUNS DEDUCTIONS / BONUS
    6) Catch or Run Out will result in a bonus Two Run for the Team whom which the
    fielder represents.
    7)Each wicket Loss will result in a deduction of 5 Runs from the Current score.
