7. Description/Components/Activities:
Pre-Implementation:
 The adviser will check the classroom and her territory to find the
things to be improved.
 A project proposal must be submitted to the school head for approval.

During Implementation:
 Wiping of windows, chalkboards, chairs and cabinets.
 Brushing of walls to remove the marks of the colored paper posted
before.
 Repainting of the rear wall.
 The teacher will facilitate the project.

Post Implementation:
 Submit an accomplishment report to the school head.
 Evaluation of the outcome.

ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
PROJECT/ ACTIVITY TITLE : Cleaning of Classroom and Repainting of Wall
in Grade 9 Lavender

I. INTRODUCTION
Learning is a concept influenced by the condition of the environment or learning area.
The Brigada Eskewela rooted in this idea of preparing the schools and communities for a
fruitful learning. The Grade 9 Lavender adviser Ms. Riezl C. Pel joined them with Del
Gallego National High School as she facilitated in the repainting of wall and cleaning of
Grade 9 Lavender’s classroom. The purpose of this is to prepare the school premises for the
coming school year and to ensure the safety of the students. The said activity was done during
the 2019 Brigada Eskwela.

II. RESULTS AND DISCUSSIONS:


The students and parents registered and they were assigned to different areas of the
school ground. Parents and students who were assigned to Grade 9 Lavender trimmed the
plants in front of the assigned classroom. They also picked dried leaves and cut unwanted
grasses from the garden. Some students removed the cab webs inside the classroom and
wiped the windows. Stakeholder volunteers cleaned back of grade 9 Lavender classroom by
cutting the tall grasses. They picked trashes from the ground and fix the stuff in the gulayan.
The students transferred the seat along the corridors. They wiped the floor with clean water to
remove the dust. They wiped wax on the floor and made it shiny. The chairs along the
corridor were also cleaned by the students. They remove the dust by the wiping the chairs
with wet cloth. After that, the students returned the chairs inside the classroom. They
scrubbed and swept the floor for the finishing touches. The adviser helped in supervising the
area and repainting of the rear wall. At first, they scrubbed the wall to remove the remains of
the colored papers previously posted on it. Then a stakeholder painted the walls several times
until the paint was distributed evenly.

III. SUMMARY, CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS

The project is a hundred percent accomplished. The Grade 9 Lavender Room and its
surroundings are clean, safe and ready for school year 2019-2020. The adviser will manage
the maintenance of the territorial assignments with the help of the Grade 9 Lavender students.
