Physical Fitness

I. Objectives
After of this lesson, students will be able to:

 Define physical fitness and explain the health related components and
skill – related components.
 List and define fitness components and its fitness test.
 Create and give example of physical fitness activity.

c. Materials: Cartolina, Manila paper,marker, pictures

2. Flexibility- ability to joints fully
through a wide range of motion
Skill related component are factors
that form the basis for a successful
activity.
