General report:

Author: #1514 ABRAMS, C. Report time: 01/15/2018 23:10

Narrative:

On 01/15/2018 at approximately 1645 hours, I, Officer Abrams was dispatched to 16229 W. 65th Pl, Arvada,
Jefferson County reference a cold domestic. Dispatch advised the RP`s daughter and boyfriend had recently split up.
RP reported that the boyfriend ripped the bed apart and broke furniture belonging to the RP`s daughter.

Upon arrival, I contacted Abrianna Maldonado (DOB 07/18/96) who reported her ex boyfriend Imad Alissa (DOB
07/10/1994) had damaged Abrianna`s daughter`s bed mattress and bedframe. Abrianna stated she and Imad have
been together for 2 years and Abrianna used to live at the 16229 residence. Abrianna stated on Friday she and Imad
got in a fight and they broke up and she moved out. Abrianna returned to Imad`s residence today to get the rest of
her items which included her daughter`s toys, bed, bedframe and a play table. Abrianna said when she showed up
all the items were on the front porch of the residence. Abrianna and her mother Michelle Archuleta (DOB 11/06/1979)
were moving the items into Michelle`s vehicle when Abrianna noticed the bed mattress had been cut. Abrianna said
when she left on Friday the bed mattress was not damaged or cut. Abrianna stated the bedframe along with her
daughter`s table were also broken. Abrianna reported the bed mattress to cost $40.00, the bedframe to cost $85.00
and the table to be $25.00 from Walmart.

Michelle stated Imad contacted her mother Nellie Aragon (DOB 08/18/58) on Saturday telling Nellie he put everything
in bags outside of the house. Abrianna stated she believed all the items had been on the porch since Saturday.
Abrianna reported she did not have a vehicle to get her items on Saturday so she had to wait until today to recover
her items. Abrianna said all items were in good condition on Friday when she left and when she returned today the
mattress, frame and table had all been damaged. Abrianna stated she felt Imad damaged all of her items. Abrianna
also stated that Imad`s father offered to pay for the bedframe and bed mattress in an attempt to get her off the
property quicker.

I entered the residence and spoke with Amina Alissa (DOB 01/01/91) the sister of Imad. Amina said on Saturday she
texted Abrianna and Abrianna told her to put everything in the garage on Saturday and she would come pick it up.
Amina said later in the day Abrianna texted her and said she was unable to get it that day and she would try to get
there as soon as possible to pick up the items. Amina said that everything was left outside on the porch since
Saturday except for the mattress and bedframe. Amina said the mattress and bedframe were inside the family room
of the house and were not put on the porch until today around 3:00 p.m. Amina said Abrianna showed up around
4:00 p.m. to get the bed, mattress, frame and the rest of the property. Amina said when the property was put outside
there was no damage to the property.

Officers on scene concluded that there was no proof of who damaged the property or when the property was
damaged since the property had been outside for so many days. I informed Abrianna that the Alissa family requested
she not return to their residence after today and she was advised to get all of her property today. Abrianna and
Michelle attempted to get the bed mattress and bedframe in their vehicle but were unable to do so. Michelle stated
that she did not want the property and left the property on the sidewalk in front of the Alissa house. Michelle was
advised that this is a public sidewalk and requested to put the bedframe back on the porch. Michelle said that she
would put the bedframe back on the porch and said that the Alissa family could throw away the bedframe if they want
and she`ll buy her granddaughter a new one.

End of report.

Author: #1309 SCHETTONE, N. Report time: 01/15/2018 23:01

Entered by: #1309 SCHETTONE, N. Entered time:

Narrative:

On January 15, 2018, at approximately 1626 hours, I (Officer N. Schettone #1309) was dispatched to a cold
domestic disturbance at 16229 W 65Th Pl. Dispatch advised that the reporting party`s daughter and boyfriend split
up and her daughter`s boyfriend had ripped apart a bed and broke other furniture that belonged to her daughter.

Upon arrival, I spoke to the father of the reporting party`s girlfriend identified as Moustafa Alissa (DOB 3/10/1959).
Moustafa advised that his son, identified as Imad Alissa (DOB 07/10/1994), had recently broke up with his girlfriend
last week. Imad`s girlfriend is identified with Abrianna Maldonado (DOB 07/18/1996). Abrianna had been living at the
residence for approximately the last two years until they broke up approximately five days ago. Moustafa said that
Abrianna had taken most of the belongings which belonged to her the night that she moved out but still left behind
several items to include a toddler bed with mattress and a toddler play table. I told Moustafa that Abrianna was
alleging that Imad had purposely damaged the items before putting them outside of the residence to pick them up.
Moustafa said that the items were already damaged, and he had no knowledge of how they got damaged.

I spoke to Imad`s brother identified as Ahmad Alissa (DOB 04/17/1999). Ahmad said that he helped put some
belongings outside on Saturday and they had been outside until today when Abrianna came to pick them up. Ahmad
had only put the bed out today at approximately 1500 hours when he learned that Abrianna was coming to pick the
items up. He said when he put all of the items outside today, they were undamaged. I asked Ahmad how the items
have gotten damaged as I observed what appeared to be a long cut from a sharp edge along the mattress and
sheets. Ahmad said that he believed that Abrianna caused the damage herself to the items in attempt to get his
brother, Imad, in trouble.

I called and spoke to Imad who was currently at work and not at home. Imad said that he had no knowledge of how
the items had been broken and they were not broken to his knowledge until he had been told by his family. Imad
thought it is possible that Abrianna came and damaged the property herself in an attempt to get him into trouble.
Other than that, he has no information of how the items may have been damaged.

I conferred with Officer C. Abrams on scene, and it was determined that no probable cause existed at this time for
any charges.

For more information, please refer to Officer Abrams report reference this incident. I have no further information at
this time, and this concludes my involvement.
