Introduction

Extra-curricular activities are treated as part of MBA curricular and some institutes thinks as
not required. It is an impact study of reasoning capabilities under manageable situations as
part of developmental modules which can make the students think from a rather plain point of
view. To achieve the same involvement in projects to better understand and develop all
required skills perform well overall proving out to be more acceptable, self-esteemed, having
clear goal set and more of an active mind.

With the objective of validating the questionnaire and checking the reliability of the
questionnaire on the basis of the Objective and Hypothesis, the researchers has carried out the
Pilot study on small amount of the sample size which is 25% of the total sample size.
