1. ACTUATOR START CURVE : Cooperation of sensor signal intensity and motor
startup speed under auto mode, the setup default

3. FINE-TUNING STABILIZER : Fine-tuning stabilizer have to match up the sensor
SR17 tolerance “1” or tolerance “2”.
4. RY2 OUT WITH ACTUATOR SW : Signal output by Relay2 and S2 occurs when
actuator LS1 or LS2 limit switches is touched.
5. RY2 OUT – WHEN OVER BORDER : Signal output by Relay2 and S2 occurs when
actuator position exceeds its preset limits ( Watch
dog range ) during auto mode.
6. PAUES – WHEN OVER BORDER : Actuator will be temporarily suspended when the
actuator position exceeds its preset limits ( Watch
dog rang ) during auto range.
7. CLEAR OCCCUR – IN BORDER : During auto mode, once the actuator has exceeds
its preset limits, and the alarm has been activated,
but the actuator has subsequently returned within
its limits, the alarm and signal output will be
de-activated.

after item 10 is enabled.
The setup default value is “ 1234 ” . F1 F2 F3 system management can be entered only with the
password after exit from this screen and enabled item 10.
* In case of loss of password, press lightly on terminals 18# and 22# ( on the back of controller ).
The system will relinquish password control for a while and permit users to enter it for password
change or disabled security ( item 10 ).,

while symbol ”[“ appears on the main screen. The position of the zero set point is determined
by LS1.
2. By pressing F3 or F4 the return positioning point of actuator can be adjusted promptly. Also
the value of the return positioning point can be stored only if F1 is pressed for star up.

System off on account of the temperature being too high…
The system itself will turn off and send alarm information if the internal
。
temperature of controller exceeds 75 C. Excessively high temperature
may have been caused by “bad strain”, “loose screws on the actuator”,
“horizontal tilt of the material platform”, ”impeded track glide” or “curing
of the material in waves”, all of which result in long-tem hunting of the
material platform from continuous hunting , as the situation will also
cause damage to the actuator, as well as bad quality to products made of
the material.
When the sensor disconnects, shut down and check the system…
When sensor is disconnected or failed, the LCD screen will Display “XXX”.
Error message will show up itself if the sensor setting is performed at the
time.
Setting fails. Pease adjust focal distance or angle and try again…
During LPC setting, the error message will appear in the absence of
correct information about printing color or film polish. If so, pay attention
to the collocation of “focal distance” and “Front/Back Tilt Angle”. The face
side is not allowed to tilt. Keep material from sliding. There are
ever-changing collocations of printing color and polish from various
materials. Some of them may prove to be difficult to obtain. Coordination
of adjustment of “Focal distance“ and “angle” is necessary to achieve the
best color difference data.
Movement of machine impeded >> Please check for 1. carbons deposit in the
motor, 2. cable in bad, condition in
reverse connection or pathway hindered,
the latter being a serious error…
Please deal with error messages arising from impeded movement of the
machine according to trips mentioned above.
